It's raining outside …..but what do I see .... 
People are talking to me ....but what do I hear .... 
Talking to someone ....but what am I saying .... 
Reading a book ....but what am I reading .... 
Listening to music ....but who is singing ..... 
Drinking my coffee .....but what do I taste .... 
Eating my dinner .....but am I really hungry .... 
Feeling my heartbeat ...but why beating so fast .... 
Trying to walk ....but why are my knees shaking ... 
Smile on my face .....but what is there to smile at .... 
Driving in my car ....but where am I going .....
Dreaming in my sleep ....but is it really a dream ....
